Requirements:

(1 Your comics must not be ripped, or you will
be
banned. They MUST BE YOURS.

(2 You
should have a poll with the options "yes" and "no".

(3 You must
have at least 10 recent comics. (Recent= Made in at least during
last/this month)

(4 Must have at least 15 more people
that
approve then the amount of people that disapprove. (E.g. 32 people say
"yes", 16 people "no", you might make it)

(5 Normal forum
rules apply.
